Job Descriptions
Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) provide hands-on support to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, helping them live safely, independently, and with dignity.
- Assist individuals with daily living activities, personal care, and hygiene
- Support skill development, independence, and community participation
- Provide supervision and maintain a safe, respectful environment
- Assist with transportation to appointments, work, and social activities
- Encourage positive behavior and emotional well-being
- Document daily activities and report changes in condition or behavior
