Job Descriptions
Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) support clients who need help with daily activities while allowing them to remain comfortable and independent in their own homes.
- Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Provide medication reminders according to care plans
- Perform light housekeeping related to client care
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Follow individualized care plans while ensuring safety and dignity
